Today my husband had a dental cleaning scheduled at Dr. Smiles and I accompanied him. We were both thrilled to see our dental hygienist, Peddeidra there. Our last cleanings were done by someone else and though we were pleased with her work we really missed Peddeidra. As usual she did a wonderful job cleaning my husbands teeth which could be a tough job as he has implants. We were so satisfied that we had to write this review. So happy to see you Peddeidra! Peddeidra is the single greatest dental hygienist i have ever seen! i’m not the biggest fan of dentists (no offense) but coming here has really been a game changer. they are always so supportive and caring! and always make me feel comfortable (they can tell when im not lol) thank you for hiring such an awesome staff the lady that helps with the billing is great too!! highly recommend coming here
I am beyond words. From the moment we arrived, our experience exceeded every expectation. This is not just an office it truly feels like a family. His heart is clearly devoted to what he does, and it shows through his entire team. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I walked into Dr. Albert’s office expecting to get just another teeth cleaning and got much more. The office staff was friendly, kind and performed their task very well. Dr Albert was equally as friendly as his staff. My examination and cleaning was the most thorough that I have had in quite some time. Dr. Alberto Graupera is an exceptional dentist who truly cares about his patients. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail make every visit a great experience. We trusted him with our daughter’s emergency care, and he went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and well taken care of. That level of kindness and dedication means everything to us. It’s absolutely worth the drive to see him. We feel very fortunate to have found such a skilled, honest and genuine provider. Highly recommend!
