The dental work she performed only lasted four years. It should’ve have lasted at least 15. Her work, now nearly all chipped, makes my teeth look far worse then when I first saw her. She also told me that mercury fillings would eventually poison me, so I had her replace two. I discovered later that this was a lie. No study has shown this. I had a fantastic experience at Smiles by Design! Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful—it was great to work with Naomi and Shelley! I really liked how thorough they were with the initial exam. They took x-rays as well as photographs so that they could point out features of my teeth while they were describing them. The dentist was very gentle! I often leave the dentist with sore, tender gums, but today my teeth feel cleaner than they have after other dentists and I’m not a bit sore.
First visit at Smiles By Design and I am forever a fan! Thorough, complete care with compassionate, friendly, and experienced staff. I left feeling confident and relieved!
I used to get anxious about going to the dentist, but Dr. Minocha and the staff at Smiles by Design are so friendly. They make sure to explain what they’re doing and that you’re comfortable with the decisions being made regarding your dental treatment. I also required dental work from other specialists that Dr. Minocha referred me to and they were super nice as well.
Dr Minocha and her staff are great. They make me feel better about going to the dentist. Of course Leo is a big help in helping to alleviate my anxiety.
