although the kids loved the dentist- the office took it upon themself to bill an old credit card with out my consent- I am of course trying to get them paid down- and not only that - tehy took it upon themself to ask for a credit increase on my account. Both of these practices are with out my consent and being contested- very upset with the unethical business practices there!
