They called me the day before to let me know that my insurance would not be covered. I do have dental ppo, and yet they told me I have hmo health insurance. Yes I do know that but the nerve to tell me that I should contact the HR at my work to see if I have dental ppo. I cancelled my first initial appointment with me bc the lady on the phone talk to me like I was incompetent and didn’t know what insurance I had.
