Dr Brown and her team always provide good service wvwm before you arrive. They detail your appointments to remind you and also provide updates on out of pocket expenses truly appreciate this team
I began working with them thinking that they were OK, but I had a situation where I was in big-time pain and when I came back to see if I could get some sort of pain, relief, the dentist sends the receptionist to the waiting area and gives me a prescription of Motrin. I couldn’t believe it no empathy or consideration considered. I immediately dropped them like a hot potato.
My 1st time going here & everyone was so nice & understanding. The staff was so helpful & the process was quick & easy. I most definitely will be coming again if needed.
Dr. Brown III and Trish are so patient working with my anxiety about being in the dentist’s chair. Thank you so much for you excellent work. 🥰
I was very pleased with the office, once enjoy being a patient there, but as time as went on I am not a happy patient.
