Dr Osman and Sophia are AWESOME!!! The front office staff and Office manager, not so much. After 2 visits, one for me and one for my son, the front office failed to call me back to provide me with the requested information. The first time occurred on 27SEP the day after my son's regular exam. I called 3 times asking for information.
