Worst experience ever with a dentist. Say we need tons tons of work. Got a 2nd opinion. Nope not true. Heidi, is a peice of work. Asked her not to floss. She did it anyway; I said I need gold crowns Was told we dont do gold so you wont be getting them. Have a few cavites that are older. Nothing wrong with them but they want to replace them with new. Dont waste time or money. Stay far away
went to see doctor obando last year just before Thanksgiving as I was in pain. He was more concerned about putting in implants than my current condition. He sent me home and I asked him what happens if the pain gets worse over the holiday. He said well that may happen. Sure enough it did when I finally got through to him he prescribed Tylenol and 600 mg of ibuprofen. It did not touch the pain and they couldn't get me in for another week. MADE APPOINTMENT ONLINE, 2 EXTRACTIONS, GREAT PROCESS IN AND OUT. VERY LITTLE PAIN. PEOPLE VERY FRIENDLY.
The receptionist was of great value as she explained the services of care to me. With each explanation I felt at ease with her competency to explain how they asissited each individual patient but in the end I decided to make an appointment with a provider who could extend indivudualized service to meet my particular because I have greater needs than just immediate dentures and a hard to fit lower bridge.
DECEITFUL PRACTICE. I took my 19 yr old to this dental practice. She's covered under my husbands insurance and I listed him as the person responsible for the bill. When her cleaning was done I was presented with a bill for $110. I was surprised as our insurance covers routine teeth cleaning at 100%. They told me that they had performed an oral cancer screening and had given her fluoride which were not covered. I asked them why they didn't get my permission and they told me that because she is 19 they needed to ask her.... read more
I had some extensive dental work performed by Dr Littlefield. I must say i have seen numerous dentists in my lifetime but i have never been as impressed as i was with Green Mount Family Dentistry. The staff are top notch from the receptionist all the way to the assistants. Dr Littlefield is one of the most caring dentists i have ever meet. I can't say enough about how well she treated me.
