Love love love Christie Dental Belleview, they have great dentists, especially Dr. Castro..They give great cleanings, Trish at the front desk is the bomb, very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, everyone at Christie Dental makes you feel very comfortable
09/2023 - Very negative experience. I will not be returning again. Must have been a change in ownership / management. I was yelled at by the "office manager" for neglecting my bill. I was approved for a cleaning through my dental insurance. 6 months later I get a $175 bill for the cleaning. I called the office to sort things out. I never received a call or emailed statement prior to my call. The office manager called me a week after my call and was extremely rude and hostile. She claimed SHE KNOWS I've opened my bills. Dentist is okay, but after you leave they will fraudulently say you owe them money, they will claim insurance rejected payment which insurance company says they didnt. Then when you ask for valudation of the debt they will send to collection agency rather then send proof. The dentist is okay at his job, but the front office I am assuming is fradulent on billings. Avoid this dentist. There are better without crooked staff.

Dr. Leila Shahbandar is an excellent dentist. I have chosen to be her patient for 10+ years. She is not only highly skilled in her profession but she is also a genuinely kind & caring person. Over the years, she has performed many procedures for me from fillings to implants with no disappointment. I highly recommend Dr. Leila & her staff for your next dental visit.
If I could give a ZERO I would. This office is a mess. You can’t get an estimate of dental care. They send you a bill and when you call you get their managed care group, then the office calls you and can’t find anything on your record although you’ve been going there for more than a decade. They cancel your appt due to short staffing and can’t reschedule you for months and on it goes. I’ve had it. Since they sold out to a management company it got even worse. Not to mention the staff turnover is horrendous. Nuff said!
WORST dentist EVER! needed pain med and antibiotic after tooth extraction but given run-around ~ denied - my request and concerns were due to cancer/chemo compromised immune system and initiating MS relapse. Pathetic excuses of a medical profession
My husband and I have been patients of this practice for a very long time. We have an always without question received the best care.Dr. Conder and Dr. Menunier are just wonderful. They are always considerate of the patient. Always suggests the best possible treatment but never pushy. Their staff are very nice. There is just not enough room on here to say how great this office is.
As a dentalphobe, I resisted going to the dentist for years. I found my home at Metro Dental Care in Cottage Grove. The staff went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable with warm and welcoming conversation. Dr. Cody Kendera performed 4 extractions with Novacaine, explained all the steps of the procedure, proceeded gently and at my pace. I can't praise his professionalism, gentle chairside manner and kindness during the entire visit. I recommend Metro Dental and Dr. Kendera with 5 stars. Sincerely, Patti Nevin
