This was a good place when it was family owned and operated. Once sold to an investment firm, it soon went into the toilet. I don't know anyone that has anything good to say about them. I was told I needed Invisiline, my information was sent to Invisiline, they told me that I wouldn't be a candidate because I wouldn't receive the desired results. Although the people at this Dentist office are very friendly, I was frustrated with the incompetence of some of the front desk personnel. My insurance changed prior to my appointment, so I made sure to email my updated card to the office as well as give them a call to make sure that my portal was updated and new insurance was verified. When I sat down to get my teeth cleaned, I came to find that my insurance was never verified, resulting in my appointment being delayed by 45 minutes. I went to Briarwood Park Dental Clinic, for the 1st time due to a broken veneer tip. I was examined and told I would need 4 veneers on 4 of my teeth, which indeed I did need.. I would like to mention that I am terrified of dentists, but Dr Munshi and Monica made it possible to make me feel comfortable and it is amazing how well Dr Munshi was able to make it a calm experience for me. D- on better business bureau for a reason! Do not trust this facility with you oral health or your money. In 2021 i decided to go to this facility for a cleaning and whitening as i had engagement photos coming up. When i was examines by Dr. Aurora i was told that i had several cavities in teeth that had NEVER previously given me any issues. Expensive, and deceptive business practices. The staff will not inform you whether your insurance will cover a procedure or not, so be sure to ask before they perform them. They do not tell you the cost of your services before you enter the exam room. Very deceptive business. Be on your toes when it comes to asking questions because they won't tell you anything, just hand you a big bill at the end of the service. Worst business operation for a dentist I have ever seen. Misleading and deceptive.

Had an appointment on 11/7 for a cleaning….as always Dr. Aubree was amazing….as was her staff! Just love this team….I no longer have a fear of sitting in a dentist chair!
