The staff seem friendly. I got Invisalign last year 2025 and they told me I could not go through my insurance, that I will have to pay in full up front then submit a claim to my insurance to be reimbursed. They sold me a credit card without telling me it was a credit card to help pay for the upfront cost. They admitted to it and took accountability for selling me a credit card without my knowledge of it being a credit card. I’m am happy with the care I received on my first visit
A deep cleaning is not the most fun experience but my hygienist today was ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Of course Dr. Arrick was her wonderful self as always. Go visit it you haven’t, you won’t be disappointed.
Amazing staff, very thorough. I’ve found a new Black Dentist in Raleigh!
