The entire staff is great! I feel that Smiles-R-Us is a great dental office. Dr. Freida Grimes is great with the children. She helps them to relax before they are seen by anyone. The entire staff is great!
Mr. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Dentist. To start Dr. Moore has no respect for anyones time expect for her owns. I went to her office 3 separate times, and all three times I waited on average 3 hours to be seen. When I went for a regular cleaning, Dr. Moore stated that I needed a crown and root canal. She told me that procedure would take 1.5-2 hours to complete. The procedure took over 7 hours to complete. Dr. Moore made it seem like she performed these procedures routinely. Promptly and professionally dealt with Coming to Smiles R Us has been a very pleasant experience, especially after switching from an office with at least 2 1/2 hours wait to see the dentist. Any issues I've had have been promptly and professionally dealt with. The waiting room is very comfortable and staff are great. Dr. Moore is the best at customer service, walking you to the door after every appointment.

My family feels respected and welcomed Dr. Grimes-Moore is great at making my family feel warm, respected and welcomed to be treated here. The staff is always friendly. I especially like the way Dr. Moore takes the time to speak with each family and update treatments.
