My experience as soon as I walked in the door was awful and should not be acceptable by any company. I came in for my daughter’s appointment and there was a small line of people waiting to be assisted with three receptionists at the desk. There was two African females, one on the very end who was nose deep into her personal phone watching videos unaware of the line of patients in front of her, there was another woman next to her who was helping patients, but kind of at a slow pace. Stella loved the dentist she had yesterday. She said she was really nice. So thank you because of the trauma of all the work she has to have done.
I would not recommend Smiles 4 Kids based on my experience. During my son’s appointment, I was very uncomfortable with how the dentist treated him. She was extremely aggressive while working on his teeth and spoke to him more like an adult than a young child. There was very little patience, reassurance, or compassion, which is exactly what children need during dental visits. As a parent, it was upsetting to watch.
