Why do you guys never call your patients to tell them their appointments are canceled? My kids have to miss school time for these appointments! You need to cancel your fee for patients that cancel on you last minute!
Appreciate you all for taking care of our granddaughter's dental needs and cleaning for ten years! So sorry you're moving to Durango, which is far for us to drive. We're sad, but we're happy too that you gave our granddaughter the best dental services. Thank you!
Got To My Appointment On Time And Waited In The Check In Line For 10 Minutes. They Have 3 Ladies Working The Front. No One Greeted Or Acknowledge Me Until 10 Minutes Later. Very Poor Customer Service And Poorly Trained Staff. Please Do Better.
Had an appointment scheduled at 2(got there a little early) . Didn't know the office was closed from 1-2. Went up to the door a few minutes after 2. Still locked. Gave about 10 minutes before checking again. Called the office number multiple times and got no answer. Finally left at 2:30. Called again at 2:50 and at 3:15 still no answer. If not open or short staffed due to holidays should have rescheduled appointments before.
I am SO thankful and appreciative for the courtesy care and urgency Smiles for Kids had for my daughter. We are new to Farmington and are considered new patients . I called and was scheduled the next available appointment with no questions. I called all other dental practices around town but was denied. We experienced such great care I just can't say enough good things. I highly recommend them .
