So today I decided to visit Faces & Braces in person after trying to get a pre authorization for my child to have braces… Basically my child was there back in 2021 to go through the process ( images, paperwork etc ) we went home and waited and waited finally I called to check on the status and it turns out no one knew what actually went wrong.
