My experience with this clinic was very negative due to an highly unprofessional interaction with Dr. Green. I arrived with my 8-year-old child for his scheduled appointment and was refused permission to accompany him into the room, despite his young age and need for parental support. The doctor’s manner was inappropriate, and when I explained that my child had been fasting since the previous night and was prepared for the appointment, she responded sarcastically, saying, “It’s fine, go feed him now.” She then canceled the a... read more

SmileRight provides dental care for my kids that is patient and kind. They also love getting toys after every visit!
The dentists and dental assistants are good and kind and have been each time, we have been multiple times and my kids have been great. The front desk staff has been great up until our last interaction, not sure what is happening or what has happened, but sarcasm and disrespect over the phone is unprofessional and not tolerated when my money is being spent there and my children being trusted to be there.
My child came in with a broken molar, and they were very quick to make an appointment as soon as they could, to help see him, and address my concerns. They were very friendly with him.
