I had an excellent experience today! The dentist was very professional, patient, and clearly skilled he took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The front desk lady was also amazing very friendly, organized, and welcoming from start to finish. Definitely one of the best dental offices I’ve visited. Highly recommended!
I saw Dr. Samer as an emergency consultation, was very accommodating and saw me exactly on time as scheduled. Answered all my questions and concerns, took his time to explain the procedure. The office environment is very welcoming. Highly recommend.
I could not recommend Albert St Dental more highly! I had moved to Ottawa recently from Toronto and saw them to be a new dentist, they were kind and very accommodating. About 2 weeks after I saw them I developed a gum infection around a wisdom tooth - they saw me the same day and were extremely helpful. They offered to do my wisdom teeth removal only a few days later - but in no way made me feel pressured. SmilEra is the best dental practice I have ever been to. Because of bad childhood dentistry, I have had a lot of dental work done in my life (crowns, implants, root canals, gum grafting, extractions, inlays/overlays, etc.), but always had straight white teeth. Very positive experiences with Dr Nuwwareh and the staff. Quick to respond (e.g. root canal on a Saturday, on short notice, due to impending travel). Competent and caring service.
