Checked in 10 minutes early for my son's appointment. After 40 minutes past his scheduled appointment time, I asked how much longer and was told he wasn't checked in. The lady that checked us in and said have a seat didn't even check us in! I was also quoted a total of $250 for the appointment on the phone and then told while we were there that the price is now $250 per bar....it was $250 for both but the price went up. This place is brutal!
Customer service at the front desk really needs improvement. While orthodontic treatment is often considered cosmetic, some people, like myself, require it due to more serious issues—my teeth were growing in the wrong places. Recently, my top wire retainer broke and was hanging down, getting caught on my bottom wire and cutting my tongue. My mother called the office because I was in pain and worried about accidentally swallowing it. Its been less than 2 years since I have finished my orthodontic treatment here. To say the least I am 100% unsatisfied with my teeth. Was given a perminent retainer with bends in it? so my teeth have just pulled the bends apart leaving open contacts, rotations, and lots of shifting. Almost all my molars are tilted and my occlusion is not ideal. I was also not given a essix retainer, when I asked why the dr told me I didnt need one... Whenever I had a appointment with them was always made to wait around 30+ minutes after my appointment time was to start not to mention the time waiting while in the chair to have someone see me. When I had a issue and tried to ask the staff as braces are extremely expensive, immediately was treated like garbage by staff for not just saying OK to their reasoning of "human error" and asking questions.Anytime I had to go in after that I was treated rudly and like a nuisance. I do not recommend bringing your business here.
