Dr. Brooks takes the time to explain the procedures that he will be doing. He let me ask my own questions about how and why things were being done. I really appreciate it when a doctor spends some time explaining things and lets the patient feel that his concerns are answered. Front end staff was very pleasant and informative. I can highly recommend Dr. Brooks and his staff. Thank you !
I’m very pleased with the staff and their professionalism.
So devastated by the temporaries and how they protrude from the underside of my mouth. The doctor wanted me to see myself in the mirror and I was expecting me to be happy. When I saw myself, I was so upset and mortified. The gum line is so high, it looks like I’m wearing a mouthguard. I look nothing like myself. They’re so high under my lip, they’re distorting my face, primarily the underside of my upper lip and around the sides of my nose and how I’m talking. I have a lisp. Had surgery yesterday and it went great. The day after has been really good minimal discomfort.
This team is amazing, from extraction of problem teeth to final smoothing.. I will miss Oscar, Dr Ross, Dr Bay and my surgeon Dr. Gliddon. See ya in 6 Months.
