Kristina did a great job at cleaning my teeth. She was very gentle and made me feel calm in the chair, while still giving a good clean. She was very thorough, and explained the procedure as it was happening. 5 stars isn’t enough

Very very bad experience, my 80 years old mum was late for her morning appointment, due to no fault of her own, buses were late which made her late, and was told they wouldn't be able to see her that day or make another booking for another 2 weeks but that will be to late as her voucher would have expired. They told her to go to another clinic. How unprofessional of them and they have no "duty of care". They policy does not accept "lateness" according to one of the ladies i spoke to. i love this place, been going here for years. the friendliest team ever. Dr Nassar is so experienced and i feel so comfortable with all the workers here honestly cant recommend enough :)
Kristina and her assistant Yani were awesome! First, the nice receptionist was very helpful with my paperwork. When I went to see Kristina for the check-up, she did x-rays of my teeth and talked to me about my condition and what we need to do for ongoing maintenance of my teeth. The cleaning was done very professionally. I asked a lot of questions and she was very knowledgeable and providing me with adequate information.
