My first dental cleaning has wonderful experience.
Check your insurance before you go there. I found out they are not in my insurance network after my first visit. I wish they had told me when I made my appointment with them. I came to this place thinking to support our young dentist and get 5-star service. The staff in this place are nice and professional.
I had a great experience today at my very first dental appointment. Rachel and Nancy were absolutely wonderful — kind, patient, and very professional. Dr. Li was also amazing and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. While the receptionist I met on my way out wasn’t the most welcoming, my overall experience was still very positive.
It’s was my first appointment at this new dental practice. Overall I had a great experience. They were very thorough with my examination, cleaning and knowledgeable. Office staff was very helpful. Definitely recommend
