I had an oral surgery planned for today to get my tooth removed my wisdom tooth and they called yesterday talking about confirming my appointment and then call the day of surgery talking about they need to reschedule and we're not willing to help me not willing to get anybody else I'm highly disgusted it is unprofessional they did not let me know what I needed to do and it was a big inconvenience for me and my ride and I'm highly pissed off will never be using this Dentist they could have been a lot better with it and then i... read more
I've been waiting for the Dental Hygentist to schedule my Cleaning appointment. I went there for an appointment only to find that I needed a release from my doctor because I had a knee replacement. It's been over two weeks since she faxed a page to my doctor upside down. My doctor sent them the release and I still haven't heard from them.

came here for an emergency dental appointment for wisdom tooth pain. They told me it was no big deal and don't worry my gum was just irritated from unrelated stuff. Went to another dentist today and she said that i need them out immediately and it is potentially going to damage my teeth. He was nice but gave me completely wrong info!
The ONLY reason why I am docking this place 2 stars is the ridiculous wait times, and the fact that they can't keep dentists. But other than that the times I did see them they did an amazing job even with a huge man baby like myself (I have dental anxiety thanks to another dentist at Familia Dental so now getting teeth pulls is a traumatic experience for me and dental anxiety is at an all time high. Gee thanks Familia for giving me this high fear)
