This place is a godsend. I had terrible luck with good dentists who did quality work and could be trusted my whole adult life until coming here. I was able to get work done to restore teeth that other dentists didn't feel like working on, and Dr. Palmer figured out why I had a hard time getting numb before dental work and has always allotted more time so I'm able to be comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Smile Design. I moved to Maine over three years ago. Anyone can understand the challenges of finding healthcare and dental care in a new state and town. Newcomers tend to rely on reviews and customer feedback. Doctor Palmer and staff at smile design are awesome. I have done a number of dental procedures at Smile design over the past year and I am very satisfied with the service.
Fantastic. I've had a new patient exam, a cleaning, a root canal and a filling so far this year from Dr. Palmer. Every procedure has been done with special care to minimize pain and thus has been the least painful dentistry I've had. Everyone at the practice is lovely to work with, and I've rarely waited more than a few minutes after arriving to be seen. The office is also quite nice.
