Did not have to wait long and dentist very good as my first visit for a small filling. I have Health Partners cover and gap was expensive. Visited here as wanted filling done quickly as going on holidays and Health Partners could not see me for 2 months so living close was convenient
Dr Raf is an amazing dentist - so kind, calm and skilled. I’ve had two root canal treatments and crowns with him in recent months, and he always kept me feeling comfortable and relaxed. The whole team were lovely at Smileco Norwood - highly recommended! The late appointments are very convenient too.
Had an appointment, which I was unfortunately running late for which I notified them About and they assured me there is a 15 minute Window After the appointment I arrive at 8:14 am in the lobby and they would not allow me to go forward with the appointment. I have just driven half an hour to get to the appointment when I was in the lobby at the time I was allowed to be
Very glad I heard about Smileco a few years ago. I had a fear/dread of dentists from an early age due to previous bad experiences. My first good experience was with John Berketta. When he left i was panicking but he recomended a wonderful young dentist Dr Tran. He assured me she was the right person for me. He was right. Love Smilco love my Dentist. M
