I booked an appt a while ago and was informed that I must provide them with a passport when I arrived at their office. I have private health insurance so, why do they need my passport? I wanted to cancel the appt but the clerk did not want me to leave and was reluctant to hand over my insurance card. She said that I can get the cleaning done but will need to bring my passport later! I said no. I realized that their clientele are welfare recipients and they even had security. I got out of there as fast as possible!
