RecommendedI found this office very kind starting at the front desk. The dental hygienist was very pleasant and professional did a great job taking X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Kossi explained clearly what needed to be corrected and took time explaining procedures, this kept me informed and able to make informative decisions. The finance clerk gave options and rate for procedures and answered all questions. Overall a very good visit from one that is always nervous about visiting the dentist.
I'm writing this review because Smile City Dental truly deserves the recognition of how attentive they are in providing excellent care of their patients, especially during Covid-19. They have ALWAYS been super efficient when it came to cleanliness, but now they are equipped in full gear taking extra precautions for everyone's safety. I went in July 2020 and felt very safe and will go back without hesitation.
