The hygienist and dentist I saw were GREAT. But the office staff was so incompetent and rude that I had to switch providers. Multiple reschedules, sending texts with different times for when the appointment would be on the same day, and just ignoring you when you walk into the office. It all ended when they called me and started a fight on the phone- the dental workers there deserve better office staff. I would look elsewhere if you need a dentist.
I had a very disappointing experience at Smiles West Dental & Orthodontics – Montebello. My insurance covers my annual dental exam and cleaning, yet I was charged $200 for “Chlorhexidine.” 0.12% Chlorhexidine Gluconate Oral Rinse, 16 oz. Bottle retails for only about $6.47. Wish this place respected their clients time. I make an appointment, show up 15-20 minutes early and still end up waiting anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour beyond appointment time to be seen. This is not a one time occurrence at this palce. They need to do better or my family will go elsewhere.
