Friendly staff, great care! I really appreciated how they communicated all throughout my appointment to let me know what exactly they were doing, and also why they were doing so. Happy I made them my main dentist practice!
I’m a longtime patient of this office, back to Dr. Michael Pelletier time. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but the new staff has made the transition easy. I had an appointment today with Tori, however she was sick, so Tanya took care of me. I get nervous with someone new but I now know there are 2 great hygienists that I feel comfortable with. Dr. Mark Berenshteyn and his staff have taken excellent care of my dental needs. Very thorough and professional. I had a hidden cavity in one of my runt top wisdom teeth and he was able to painlessly extract it using a local in his office. As it wasn't bothering me I asked if he had the x-rays from my previous visits with Dr. Kay and he was able to quickly show the progression of this cavity over time. I love SmileCare Dental. They ensure I am comfortable and don't feel any pain during cleanings. They are very respectful and nonjudgmental. I can't tell you how many dentists I've been to who made the wrong assumptions about me due to my dental health. The entire staff is kind and considerate. Very thankful to have found this place.
