Such a friendly, professional practice! I enjoyed my visit, learned so much about my teeth, and a plan for future work was clearly explained and scheduled. Overall, a very positive visit! Would highly recommend to others!
The office staff was welcoming and helpful! I had Tori as my hygienist. She was knowledgable and took time to explain each initial step from taking X-rays to cleaning. Dr. Pack then examined my teeth and was very thorough. She was efficient and easy to talk with.
If you’ve ever dreamed of waiting six months for a dental appointment only to have it casually canceled three hours before, you’re in luck, this is definitely the place for you! Apparently, confirming an appointment on the day of isn’t good enough anymore. I’m a longtime patient of this office, back to Dr. Michael Pelletier time. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but the new staff has made the transition easy. I had an appointment today with Tori, however she was sick, so Tanya took care of me. I get nervous with someone new but I now know there are 2 great hygienists that I feel comfortable with. Recently found This dental office in Fitchburg. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgable, and patient. Dr. Mark is the ONLY dental practitioner in the past 50 years who has taken the time to ask specific quality of life questions about my dental challenges and then, offered treatments that could help me with those issues.
