Horrible Place! This place is Horrible... I didn't like this place at all. They just want your money as far as I'm concerned. They charge you more than what they are supposed to based on your insurance coverage. Not satasfied w/ this they force you to get things done that to me could have been taken care of later on, I went in for a regular cleaning & for a wisdom tooth. I came out with a Deep tooth cleaning & a bill of $1,000 dollars. The wisdom tooth is still hurting, & in order to have it remove they are requesting more $... read more

January 2015 when i found out the credit score of my husband went down for 20 points, i look it up saying my husband has a collection of $83, we been trying to call the clinic several times to clear things out but no one were answering their phone.What on earth that we owe them that certain amount when we don't even received any bills from them. And it's really hard to reach them through phone, it took me three days calling the clinic to cancel the appointment. They impose fee for broken appointment.
Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? They just mean business, money, billing procedures with no coverage and plain disrespect in broad daylight. They make you wait and be seen by several "specialists" just to get the most out of you. You never know what they are really billing you about.After a few appointments I couldn't stand it anymore, so I didn't come back. Well, they sent my bills for collection, without I even knowing my insurance didn't pay what they asked for! This is the most unorganized office I have ever visited. Their communication skills are very poor as is their personal repore with clients. We have been to this location twice due to being the only one available with our insurance and both visits have been absolute fiasco's. I wouldn't send someone if it was the only one to visit. Save yourself the trouble and headache - if you have an option, do NOT visit this office
