I really thought this was a great place. Recently, they have had no communication with parents after adjustments or future plans for dental work. In addition, they book too many people at the same time....10-15 kids waiting in the waiting area at once. The last time we were here they said it never happens and they were short staffed, but it has happened every time we have come since. 45 minutes to an hour and a half waiting time to even be seen.
I really debated posting this but things with this office have progressively declined over the course of my son’s care. The wait times are horrible. There are times we have waited an hour for a 5 minute check. And I would say long wait vs on time 90% of the time. It is to the point my mother in law doesn’t want to take him bc the waits are so long. The bigger issue is currently the fact that they told me I have a $0 balance. Sent me a receipt showing that.
