My child has had trouble with his braces breaking quite a bit lately. Mainly due to anxiety & picking. Today I was pulled off to the side right next to the waiting room to discuss his braces. Here she loudly expressed her feelings so the whole office could hear. Basically, trying to humiliate him into not breaking his braces anymore. Which she did very well, as well as embarrassing him as people from the waiting room were staring around the corner. Maybe next time pull the parent into a "PRIVATE" room to discuss this matter ... read more
The staff is always very kind, friendly, and so accommodating and helpful. Not to mention my daughter's teeth turned out perfect!!
Staff was very friendly. Explained things very well. Helped ease the nerves when my daughter got her braces on.
