I went in to get some information about ending my contract due to having military orders, and I have never experienced such disrespect and discrimination. The office manger threatened police on me for simply asking not to be disrespected. This entire process has been such a heartache. I’ve never experienced treatment like this.
Literally the most caring and understanding people work here! I would recommend them over and over again based on the integrity of Dr Nirenblatt!
Have had Roxanne do/assist in my sons treatments multiple times. She is amazing, knowledgeable and very nice. Dr is good and nice but she is a step above others we have dealt with. Appreciate her and how she works and interacts with my son and me. Keeps us informed of what she is doing and why etc. Yes she is doing her job but not everyone understands how to do that, and especially take it a step farther.
10/10 recommend. Dr N and his team of assistants are so kind and efficient, patient and knowledgeable! Office is always clean with a great playlist and smiling faces. I love the results of my ortho treatment and will be referring all of my friends to Smilebliss!
