I don't understand the negative reviews at all! I've had a positive experience at smile zone dental clinic EVERYTIME I go. I support Dr.Parkers business and appreciate his great work. I came in with a mouth full of cavities and came back with a wonderful smile. Maybe if you all had insurance or had better hygiene habits then you wouldn't be complaining. It is a private office with a great location and a wonderful staff! Thanks Dr.Parker! I'll be back soon.
I have been a patient with this dental clinic for years. I enjoyed the extended hours but have decided to change locations when one of the employees showed me EXPIRED teeth whitening that was priced at $99. Additionally, the first office people will call you over 5 times a day, no lie, to book or remind you of your appointment. The turnover in this office is frequent. The only person that still works there is the dentist because of the unethical practices.
I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and required a lot of work done. They were eager to help me get my dental health under control and not once did I feel ill at ease with them.i appreciate that I had quality work done as well.
Keep looking, You can definitely do better than here. The office is understaffed. Dr. Parker is the only dentist in the office, although they advertise his wife as a dentist on the voice mail. An hour appointment easily morphs into two hour or more as he runs from patient to patient. As a result of his divided attention, I feel the quality and care of work is lacking, even though I think he is an experienced dentist. Do not let that man touch your mouth. Very unprofessional staff, and unprofessional work that was produced. The resin was old and his fitting is horrible. He left my mouth in pain and blamed it on the "White Filling". I have never had a silver filling in my mouth. Dr. Klug did all my previous work and he was wonderful with white fillings. My visit at Smile Zone Dental Clinic was outstanding!!!!! Dr. Anthony Parker and The Smile Zone Team was very professional, polite, courteous , concern and informative with my famly's preventive care. They explained my family treatmeant plan. I did'nt feel rushed to sign the treatment plan or to start the dental work.
