I received a bill for 300$ that was 90 plus days old for a place I've never been to. No date of service. No patient name...No itemized list of services performed..... No patient account number... No bill number......I don't live in the state anymore. I went to call to follow up and they show that they're supposed to be open but they don't take their phones off night mode while the business is open to clarify this. This is extremely concerning.
From the front to the back, EVERYONE made my visit exceptional! I felt valued, the level of care was phenomenal and Dr. Riba came right in like we had known each other for years. Crafted a plan, and I am grateful to have found my Dental home.
They are all so kind and amazing here. Hadn’t been to the dentist in years, due to a bad experience but Dr. Al has been great and saved my teeth instead of trying to pull them all out like other dentist
They were super quick, very nice and understanding about pain
