They need to do their job more accurately and quickly. Last time, I was out of Hawaii, so we agreed to have our next appointment via Zoom, but they didn't even know my phone number and kept asking for it. This has happened before. I recommend understanding what the patient says and taking notes.

I started an invisalign treatment with Dr. Chaekal in 2017. Throughout the years I always felt like I was just another patient. Then pandemic happened and basically my treatment plan ended there. I never heard from the office again.

I did a full Invisalign treatment with Dr. Won and her team. I was mostly seen in Mililani, but I also went to Kapolei as well. They are all absolutely wonderful and I am so pleased with my outcome. It was a family environment, as well as clean and professional. Thank you all so much for treating me with such kindness and care.

여행와서 교정유지장치 탈락으로 급하게 찾아간 병원입니다 너무 친절하게 잘 봐주셨고 한인분이라 마음이 안정되었어요 . 미국은 초진비만도 너무 비싸고 특히 교정은 여행자 보험도 안되서 걱정하고 있었는데 응급으로 붙여주시고 한국가서 치과 가서 점검하라며 그냥 서비스해주셨어요 ㅠㅠ 저에게는 너무 감사한 교정전문병원입니다
