I reached out to Smile Tone for myofunctional therapy services, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Despite my efforts to get in touch—I have not received any response from atheism therapist who consulted on my daughter. I understand that professionals can be busy, but clear and timely communication is a fundamental part of providing quality care. Not hearing back has left me feeling overlooked and uncertain about finding the right support for my needs.
I could not recommend the staff and the practice more highly. The wonderful staff performing my procedure acted with the utmost care and professionalism- whilst I was nervous about having my procedure, they ensured that they kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entirety of the operation. Cheree is so knowledgeable, flexible with appts and kind. She make admin so simple and she’s wonderful with my children, even when they have additional sensory needs. Highly recommend, I’ve learned so much myself.
I have been seeing Morgan for a few months now due to oral restrictions and the improvement in my quality of life has been substantial. Morgan always takes her time to explain her assessment and recommended treatment plan, which helps me understand and commit to the exercises required.
