We have been visiting Cheere for a while now and she has been amazing. She is so passionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. My boys absolutely love coming to their appointments, which says a lot! I really wish MFT was covered by private health funds so more families could access it, because it plays such an important role in overall body health and healing. I even find myself doing the exercises alongside my boys when we practice at home Cannot recommend Cheere and the team at Smile Tone enough!
We have had a great experience working with Dr Cheree. Both of my girls have made great progress and feel really comfortable in their appointments. Above everything, I really appreciate the collective health team that has come together across a range of contacts from Dr Cheree. They have been working together behind the scenes to ensure the team are all working together and communicate changes. I reached out to Smile Tone for myofunctional therapy services, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Despite my efforts to get in touch—I have not received any response from atheism therapist who consulted on my daughter. I understand that professionals can be busy, but clear and timely communication is a fundamental part of providing quality care. Not hearing back has left me feeling overlooked and uncertain about finding the right support for my needs.
I could not recommend the staff and the practice more highly. The wonderful staff performing my procedure acted with the utmost care and professionalism- whilst I was nervous about having my procedure, they ensured that they kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entirety of the operation. In particular, my Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist, Hannah Crawford, did such an amazing job in guiding me both pre and post operation.
