My wife went in to get JUST an xray which was scheduled mind you...these worthless human beings tried to scam her in to getting her teeth cleaned first saying that it was procedure to have your teeth cleaned before they could xray her teeth. After catching them in a lie they finally said that they could not xray her teeth lol unbelievable!!! They are extremely rude and unprofessional...this place should be shut down!!
First impressions are the key to repeat consumers and word of mouth is the best marketing tool period! I made a new patient appointment. The moment we walked into the lobby we were greeted with front desk associates with their backs turned to us chatting about their personal lives. we received our new patient paperwork, sat down and the very unprofessional associate proceeds to speak to us still in her chair yelling through the lobby over the high counter and had to repeat her self as I was unable to hear her. Nice office and people. However, the Dentist couldn't get my filling to stay and it took FOUR visits to get it right. Needless to say I am NOT going back until they get better Dentist!
STAY AWAY !!!!!!! They are crooks. We are new to the area and wanted to get our teeth cleaned. When we made our appointments we stated we have both had x-rays done in the past year and wouldn't need them done again because our insurance won't pay for them. When we arrived they proceeded to do them anyway even when we asked them not to. Here is the most amazing thing of our visit. Smile Today has two new dentist and they are both FANTASTIC. I was seen the day of and was taken care of and did not feel any pain or swelling after. Dr. Geiger and Dr. Sutton know what they are doing and have made me a believer in gentle dentistry!
Smile today dentist did a rootcanal on my tooth and because of there mess up my whole tooth is now gone, they are refusing to fix what they damaged and now they are trying to say that its my fault when clearly that's not the case......don't waste your time there find somewhere else that's worth it, they will be facing a law suit!!!!! I don't want to see anybody else go through what I have too!!!!
