I recently visited Smile Time and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment Jennifer at the front desk if very friendly and is very helpful, love her. Updating because of their lack of communication this isn’t the first time Ive gotten a call 2 minutes before they close & I feel like they do this on purpose knowing I won’t be able to reach them until the next morning. This review is for the phone operators for this office. They are not helpful and it is a challenge to communicate with them. It is much easier to communicate with their front office- Jennifer mainly as she goes above and beyond to help the patients. The back office is pretty much useless.

The asian male dentist dr Michael is awful. He’s rude, unprofessional, and tries to upsell unneeded dental work. He should find another profession. The front desk receptionist is absolutely the best though! Her name is Jen. Shes super friendly and helpful
