I never went inside but I made a phone appointment with a female receptionist where I spelled my name out for them and said it multiple times, H-a-m-i-d. They also need email which uses my first name. The appointment is made and we end the call. Shortly after I get a text, "Reply C to confirm ahmed's Smile Time Dental appt"... Bruh. This is 2026
I had a great experience here! I went to western dental before and that was a complete nightmare. They lied and said I needed a crown and cavity filled here they said there wasn’t anything but a cavity. Everyone here is so welcoming! Even the dentist Dr. Micheal. It’s clean and I just had my filling and I felt like everything was very professional. So happy I decided to go here. Thank you everyone.
Do not get night guards from this place. My girlfriend is waking up multiple times each night from a painful overly tight night guard (unlike the previous one at a different clinic). When we explain this to them, they act it's such as hassle to remake the night guard and say they need to discuss with the manager (this is after multiple shavings to the night guard). DO NOT GET YOUR WISDOM TEETH EXTRACTED HERE. They get two stars instead of one because the receptionists are nice and they schedule appointments pretty quickly. However, if you are on medi-cal DO NOT get your wisdom teeth extracted here. They tried to get me to pay $2400 out of pocket for bone grafting and would not even properly explain why I need two, just sprouting some generic bs of "to protect bone health."
