Poor service. I traveled an hour and a half to arrive to my 2:30 appointment in time. I got there a few minutes ahead of time, checked in and signed their digital consent form, which I was then notified of the $35 oral cancer screening that is not covered by insurance, which I declined to receive. This place is a scam. They tell people they have cavities and other unnecessary procedures. After switching to a new dentist they said I had unnecessary work done, and I never had cavities again. On hindsight I should had pushed for proof but they were convincing and I was young.

I do not trust Smile Time Dental, their staff has defrauded me of close to $1000 billed to my credit card. Six months later I am still trying to get a response from their billing department, and can't get through. 18 emails, voice mails, certified letters later, I still haven't received any accounting of these funds, or reimbursement. How can anyone trust their dental health care needs to a staff that is so dishonest? The only ones smiling are the staff of Smile Time Dental. Think twice.

Was my first visit and Dr Monica was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. All the staff was very nice. Didn't have to wait too long to be seen and was in and out within a hour. BUT, they are charging a $12 PPE for each treatment which my insurance company per their contract can't charge and they charge a $50 up front appointment fee per appointment even if you have more than one appt the same day they still charge each. Avoid!!!! This place is a joke. Made an appointment as a new patient 3 weeks in advance. Told me to fill out the forms on their website which (wasn't working and was never fixed. Still doesn't work). Arrived 10 mins early to my appointment and the receptionist didn't have a clue on why I was there even though I had just gotten a text from them confirming my appointment.
