This dentist seems to run a discriminatory practice of dividing his schedule between public insurance and DentaCal….so basically if you wanted an appointment today and had DentaCal they push you out to March February of 2026 Having worked as a technician for two major dental companies, this is a discriminatory practice. It should be reported to the state of California.

Do not go here. Terrible place! My first time going today and they tried to charge me copay for some dumb cancer screening I said no. I got x rays done and let them know about the problems I was having. After I was done they told me to sit in the chair. The dentist Indrani Manne didn’t even say anything to me not even a hi or treated me like a person. Just came at me with the tools and expected me to open my mouth. Miss Tiffany was surprisingly considerate from the first walk-in the office, and went above and beyond in helping me locate services I need to continue my treatment. She’s very patient under pressure, and a miraculous multi-tasker. Dr. Carlos was also kind, pleasant, thorough and quick. Very, very much appreciate the quality and professionalism of these services.

Don't go here.. They deserve a -1000 out of 5 stars! Canceled my appointment after I booked appointment 2 months in advance. Confirmed appointment and they canceled same day of appointment. UNPROFESSIONAL!! I went in not knowing to a lone receptionist telling me doctor isn't here. First time customer and last time going here. Receptionist did earn the 1 star rating for booking me to the placerville office.
