I do not trust Smile Time Dental, their staff has defrauded me of close to $1000 billed to my credit card. Six months later I am still trying to get a response from their billing department, and can't get through. 18 emails, voice mails, certified letters later, I still haven't received any accounting of these funds, or reimbursement. How can anyone trust their dental health care needs to a staff that is so dishonest? The only ones smiling are the staff of Smile Time Dental. Think twice.
Was my first visit and Dr Monica was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. All the staff was very nice. Didn't have to wait too long to be seen and was in and out within a hour. BUT, they are charging a $12 PPE for each treatment which my insurance company per their contract can't charge and they charge a $50 up front appointment fee per appointment even if you have more than one appt the same day they still charge each.
