Went here for a first time and was not disappointed. Walked in being greeted by front desk, then the dental assistant Kassandra was very polite, and reassuring during the entire exam. She explained everything as she was working on my teeth. Destiny also was helping out during my visit and she made sure I left satisfied! Dr was amazing, overall great dentist to go to!
I was on the phone while they were working on my daughter and I asked how the bracket keeps falling off and the lady responded very sarcastically “ well there’s nothing I can do about how she bites” then I asked what happened with the wire not being put on? She just responded “I forgot” . Then I asked if she could pay attention because this was our 3rd trip of the day and then I hung up. My daughter then called me to tell me that she walked out the room and said she wasn’t dealing with this. Very poor work ethic. I hope this... read more
