Fast , Efficient and very Professional. Everyone had a role in the Tupelo office and each person took their job seriously and perfected each role. We felt very safe as well as at home in the facility. The doctors and techs were phenomenal ,but our very first encounter was the office staff and managers; top tier professionals! Everything is ran smoothly , that takes training and team work. Thank you so much, we look forward to the rest of our time here.

While we have no experience with the actual providers at this location, we are very happy we chose to move our kiddo's care elsewhere based upon our initial interactions with this office. We were unexpectedly walked over from my daughter's dentist appointment and had no information whatsoever about the process. Front desk staff provided no information and just asked for my daughter's information. I planned to wait until my final appointment in October to leave a review, but after today I felt it was important to share. The morning after having a permanent retainer placed, I came back because it was causing significant irritation. While explaining my discomfort, a front desk lady interrupted and said, “we’ve never had anyone complain about a permanent retainer before.” That felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially since each patient is different. My experience with Dr. Mary Cruz Contreras felt like a waste of time disguised as professionalism. I took my son to her office because his general dentist recommended that an orthodontist evaluate whether it was time to extract his two baby canines. When I called to schedule, I clearly stated that this was the reason for the appointment. During the visit, they took X-rays and the staff started talking about braces, down payments, and insurance authorizations—without first addressing the issue we actually came for. I loved the experience at smile straight, they were so welcoming and treated every kid that came through the door like family. This was the best experience I have had at a dentist in a long time. I look forward to my daughters journey with braces here at smile straight Orthodontics!
