Fast , Efficient and very Professional. Everyone had a role in the Tupelo office and each person took their job seriously and perfected each role. We felt very safe as well as at home in the facility. The doctors and techs were phenomenal ,but our very first encounter was the office staff and managers; top tier professionals! Everything is ran smoothly , that takes training and team work. Thank you so much, we look forward to the rest of our time here.

I am only giving a one star rating and review for the lady at the front desk. Every interaction I have had with her has been exceptionally rude, she is in a hurry to get you away from her. When trying to reschedule my 2 children’s appts whom I pay good money to them for, she wasn’t the least bit willing to work us in. The sweet ladies at the desk always know who we are when we walk in! They have a clean and organized facility, with such great and quick staff!

When I first signed up the experience was great! Service quality has slowly declined. There is always new staff and a dentist on every visit. One of the dentists was harsh when drilling on my teeth. The staff does not always communicate properly. At this point, I'll just accept my crooked smile. I don't recommend them.

Do not recommend this practice. They make it easy to initiate service (eager to call back), but it’s completely complicated to get help with them filing insurance claims properly. My daughter still has orthodontist benefits available and they won’t file the claim instead I am paying out of pocket $125 per visit. All they know is to collect money at the front desk and are completely unhelpful. If I knew then what I know now I would’ve never initiated their services. Ridiculous!
