This was one of the worst experiences that I have had from a medical professional, Dr. Mary Cruz Contreras. I felt disrespected and was treated like I was a nobody. She was rough with my mouth and was uncaring. She doesn’t know how to talk to her patients in a respectful manner. And because she thought I was a Medicaid patient (i paid the full amt of $5500 before my 1st appt), she wanted to treat me differently and even was going to take my braces off in December when I still had visible spacing. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Smile Straight Orthodontics. I spoke with their office twice before my appointment and even called on the day of the appointment to ask about the consultation process. I specifically asked if there were any restrictions if an appointed guardian (grandparent) brought the patient, and I was told no. We love smile straight. Crystal is really nice and professional. She always has the best attitude and happiest spirit. She also does an excellent job on my boys braces. Keep up the great work crystal!

I can’t say enough good things about this Lady. She is kind hearted and treats my son like her own. She is so patient with him and so caring and never gets upset with him. She is just the absolute best and always so professional.
