First time at the orthodontics. Ten year old daughter scared so bad she’s shaking. The staff was AMAZEBALLS! They instantly eased her nerves and were so quick and easy. My daughter had a difficult case and they never even batted an eye at it. Super professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable. The facility itself was immaculately clean and very inviting. If you’re struggling with a decision, I highly recommend smile straight in Richland.

The service and assistance is great. I had an issue with a Care Credit payment and the office manager, Erica along with her staff, Lashundra did a wonderful job with assisting me to get the issue resolved!!!

I would not recommend. Dr. Evans is rude . She entered the room never spoke or stated who she was. She looked in my child’s mouth and said what was needed to the tech , took her glove off and walked out. The tech was very sweet and informative ,I had to ask her what was the providers name. However, the tech accidentally broke a bracket & informed the provider, Dr.Evans never returned to the room. Instead she told her it was fine she could fix it on the next visit. Our experience is always pleasant! The entire staff delivers impeccable patient care. They show genuine care and compassion every visit. We love Smile Straight Ridgeland!! It was a great 1St time experience. Loved the staff when I walked in. Ray and Dr made Laylah feel really comfortable because she was extremely scared. Thanks for making this such a great experience.
