First time at the orthodontics. Ten year old daughter scared so bad she’s shaking. The staff was AMAZEBALLS! They instantly eased her nerves and were so quick and easy. My daughter had a difficult case and they never even batted an eye at it. Super professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable. The facility itself was immaculately clean and very inviting. If you’re struggling with a decision, I highly recommend smile straight in Richland.
I had concerns at first like with my teeth and how they was looking just the two on the side everything else was fine Dr. Hunsaker was amazing he talked with me about my concerns with my teeth and he actually listened to me and allowed me to show him what I was talking about . I really appreciate that . He provided me with a solution and explained it throughly to get it fix . After today visit i feel comfortable now I feel better knowing something is being done to fix it. I trust that it will be fixed now .
The service and assistance is great. I had an issue with a Care Credit payment and the office manager, Erica along with her staff, Lashundra did a wonderful job with assisting me to get the issue resolved!!!
It was a great 1St time experience. Loved the staff when I walked in. Ray and Dr made Laylah feel really comfortable because she was extremely scared. Thanks for making this such a great experience.
