I am not allowed back with my youngest because the do not allow parents if your child is over 3 and be prepared to wait hours after your appointment. The staff is nice but everything else is not. The lobby has been the same for 15 years the floor is coming apart and the toys on the wall barely hang on.
My first review was removed. First and last time going to this dentist. We waited 30 minutes past our appointment time before we were finally called. Before even saying hello the tech asked if I consented to a list of treatments!? They hadn't even seen my child yet. Then they informed me that I could not go back with my 5yo which is a huge red flag. We chose to leave and will not go back.

Everything is absolutely awful,it's a nightmare. Never will I bring my kids here ever again
Place is terrible waiting 45 minutes past the appointment time for the woman to not even know my kids first name. Then saying 2 of my kids aren't even on the schedule. I HATE this dentist.
