Smile Dental Phoenix has the kindest staff Everyone had a happy smile.I walked in and was immediately taken care of. The exam was amazing and didn’t take long I received the attention of a celebrity Would recommend Smile for your dental care 100% the best.
Just like many people, the dentist visits are not my most favorite appointments. Smile Standard always has friendly and helpful staff who really take care with their clients. I know they are thorough and take pride in the service provided to me. They make it the best possible experience I can have.
The staff was kind and caring. Explained every step of the process of my first visit. Very thorough, I felt very well informed with each procedure. The Dr was great too. They even offered me a blanket🩷
Nice office, nice staff. Very kind and accommodating. Great customer service. A friend referred me but warned me that they were big on upselling. They did offer me extra services but weren't super pushy about them so I didn't mind that. The one thing that I did find frustrating was the excessive amount of XRays that they took, only to find out that they were NOT covered by insurance. Not only was I not made aware that they were not taking the "standard" XRays, I found out afterwards that they were the type needed for Invisal... read more
