Dr. Rosenblatt is a total scammer! I am writing to file a formal complaint against Dr. Deborah Rosenblatt and The Smile Spa of New Jersey regarding multiple instances of unethical billing practices and failure to provide requested documentation and services. Despite nearly 50 repeated requests, Dr. Rosenblatt and her practice have not provided detailed invoices, explanations of benefits, or submitted claims to my insurance provider, Healthplex, for services totaling nearly $15,000 that I had to pay out of pocket.. Nasty, Nasty, Nasty!!! I called 3 times to find out what the fee for Nitrious is and the DENTIST hung up on me! I understand that they may be busy but I needed a simple answer before making an appointment. She actually said "You have called before for the same question"! Yes you nasty B****! I have called before and you didn't answer me then either! She actually told me to ask my insurance company - which I did do and I was calling back with that information!!! Gave a 1 star because I couldn't give 0 stars!
