I won't be going back. There is a new dental hygienist and a new dentist every time I go in. My last visit, last week, two different hygienists worked on me. The first one did my polish, which is normally done last, and she had the polish all over my mouth. There were sores in my mouth following the cleaning. I just don't want my dental experience to be this unpleasant. It seems have new employees but I prefer someone more experienced.
I was originally scheduled for later in the morning. They asked to move me up to 8:30a which is early but I agreed to help them out. I was 10 minutes late and they refused to provide care. My cleanings are always very fast. It is highly frustrating to try to help someone out and to then get burned. Not sure if I’ll continue going here when our benefits come up for renewal. Not a great experience. The appointment was made 6 months ago for both my wife and myself at 8am which I confirmed the week before. The day before the appointment I received an automated message to confirm for 8:30am. The problem is that I have to adjust my work schedule well in advance. It was after hours when I received the automated message so I called the office and left a voicemail that my appointment was made for 8am months ago.
