I have had extraction, root canals and dentures. The quality of care is very good. I am afraid of dentist but Dr Smith was able to make me feel comfortable enough to complete all the procedures I needed. If you have a fear of the dentist give Smiles Solutions of Nashville a try. My husband went to this Dr. Smith and had a horrible experience. Things seemed to go okay on the first visit but when he went back Dr. Smith seemed confused during the visit and contradicted what he had told him during the first visit, which completely ruined my husband's trust in him. When my husband expressed frustration over the level of care and contradictions, Dr. Smith told him to leave and not come back. No problem here as nobody in our family will ever want to have that horrible level of care.
