This place is awesome. Dr Dawson is very knowledgeable and experienced. I’ve had so much dental work and none can compare to my experience here! On top of that, the whole staff is friendly, even the ladies upfront. I never have surprises on my bill like I’ve had at other dentist offices and that is awesome! Highly recommend this office as well as Dr Dawson!
They have great installations, modern and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and Marcela my hygienist was professional, helpful and friendly. She answered my questions and gave suggestions on my treatment without being pushy. I would highly recommend Smile Science Dental Spa.
Commonly, I do not post bad reviews, but this time I will. Due to my insurance that was not accepted at this dental place I was paying cash for the procedures. The estimate has been completed for treatment cost and it was blown up. I have refused the most expensive procedure and accepted the rest. The doctors are fine. I think that they are well educated . This is by far the most caring dentist's office I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, their top priority is your comfort. They even have movies you can watch during your appointment, which helps you relax and makes the whole experience much more pleasant. What truly sets them apart, though, is their commitment to ensuring you are never in any pain. They take their time with every procedure, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel at ease throughout your entire visit. Highly recommend!
Dr. Dawson's office is pristine, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. I felt so comfortable. Clarissa and Nicolina are welcoming, kind and helpful. It was a pleasure interacting with them. Dr. Dawson sat with me and reviewed my X-ray. He explained the procedure patiently and carefully. I felt safe with him.
