I’ve genuinely never had a dental office make me feel this stressed and misled. First, they told me on the phone that my insurance was “definitely covered” and that my out-of-pocket would be “minimal.” Then, after my child was already in the chair, they suddenly claimed my plan only covered a tiny portion and handed me a bill for almost $240 for what was supposed to be a simple cleaning and quick check. The staff are always awesome . Office is clean . Service is quick and efficient . Never left waiting in the office . Reception team are always polite and prompt. The hygienists that took care of my kids were great. My little one can be fussy but did well. At check out lady in the front was very nice. Had small chit chat and scheduled our next appointment.

The group of best dentists. My kids go to Dr Amy Patel, and she is literally the best dentist you can ever find. She gives great advice has very gentle hands and kids love her. The practice is fantastic since there is minimal wait time and everyone is super friendly. I would highly recommend Smile Scarsdale pediatric and family dentistry

Dr. Amy Patel is the most compassionate doctor I’ve ever met. Will recommend her every time to every mother with a little one. She is kind and gentle and an effective communicator. And the team is also very understanding.
