Dr. Hain is fabulous, listens to your dental concerns and is wonderful to work with, however, dealing with the front desk staff is sub par. I’ve never had such poor communication with different information coming from different front desk staff. I went in for a last minute appointment to get a consultation and of course I assumed I needed to pay. Dr Hain is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s kind, personable, and prioritizes the patient experience! I’ve been with Smile SF for over 3 years and the entire team has regularly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a provider and team that sees dentistry as more than just a business!
Called to to get a general idea on cost. Women who picked up was very rude! Their regular check up prices are ridiculously high compared to others around the area.
